Bursting at the seams with feeling, “your lips your lips your lips yeah / you’re in you’re in you’re in my head yeah” coats a hauntingly heartbreaking scene of pure love and emotion over a gentle acoustic. As No Rome joins the texture starts to spread into scattered hip-hop beat before Jay Som sends us over the edge with a devastating verse, “we gotta make it work / we could fix it if you want too”, the song navigates a relationship on the very edge of breaking down.
