It may be winter, but Sydney’s dekleyn -pronounced decline– are living in the summertime with latest single ‘Who We Are’. Injecting their sweet pop sounds with some intense and deep electronic dance elements, the track lives in a constant groove.
“Life’s a game but it gets hard / its not who we’re with it’s just who we are” gets mixed into a heavy electro breakdown with thumping beats and stabbing synth lines exuding an infectious summertime energy.
‘Who We Are’ is track 3 off dekleyns’ upcoming self-titled debut album and boy can we not wait to get back to live shows so we can get down to this one.
